Journal: Read the imperialism sample DBQ at your desk and give it a grade. Write in your journal what grade you would give it, and why.

Objective: Describe the interactions between East Asia and the west; explain the Meiji Restoration, Opium Wars, and Boxer Rebellion.

Classwork: DBQ practice. Discuss how to grade and evaluate a good DBQ. Then move into stations to get information about the Meiji Restoration, Opium Wars, and Boxer Rebellion.

Homework: Finish your unit packet and start studying for the test!
